THE BOOK
Are you working toward the life you want, or simply meeting everyone else’s expectations?
Unstuck: Find Clarity, Break Free, and Take Action offers a practical framework for understanding what keeps us stuck and turning insight into meaningful change.
Drawing on decades of experience and a framework inspired by Buddhism’s Four Noble Truths, Norm explores how beliefs, assumptions, habits, and expectations shape our choices, and how we can begin choosing differently.
Norm Gustafson spent 34 years teaching economics, along with years in business education, organizational development, consulting, nonprofit leadership, and professional training. His 50-year contemplative practice eventually led to his ordination as a Zen priest and transmission as an independent teacher.
Across those seemingly different worlds runs one persistent question: How do people understand where they are, recognize what is holding them back, and move deliberately toward something better?
Norm’s presentations can be tailored to the challenges, transitions, and opportunities facing your organization or audience.
