FEATURED PRESENTATIONS
Ideas that move people forward.
Become the Director of Your Life
Instead of letting circumstances, obligations, or old habits write the script, participants learn how to step into the role of Director, making intentional decisions aligned with their values and long-term goals. Norm introduces a memorable framework audiences can begin applying immediately to personal and professional decisions.
Success Without Sacrificing Your Life
Too many successful people believe they must choose between professional achievement and a meaningful personal life. This presentation challenges that false choice and gives participants a practical framework for building lives that honor both responsibility and purpose.
Life’s Next Chapter
Retirement, career change, promotion, downsizing, and other transitions can unsettle even accomplished people. Norm helps audiences separate identity from job title, reconnect with what matters most, and approach the next chapter with purpose rather than fear.
Presentations can also be tailored around leading through change, professional transition, limiting beliefs, personal agency, and organizational needs.
A clear guide. A confident teacher.
Norm Gustafson spent thirty-four years teaching economics at Sanger High School and has also taught business at Fresno City College, directed a teacher-training institute at Fresno Pacific University, and worked in corporate consulting, training and development, business planning, and nonprofit leadership.
His decades of contemplative practice and experience as a Zen teacher add another dimension to his work: the ability to slow down, ask better questions, and help people see familiar problems differently.
He is the author of Unstuck: Find Clarity, Break Free, and Take Action, a practical guide to recognizing the beliefs and patterns that keep us in place and moving toward a more intentional life.
